50 Weight Watchers Friendly Desserts
I love dessert! If you search “dessert” on my blog you will be able to tell.
Once a day I like to have some kind of sweet treat. It could be something small, or something that takes a little time to make. It just depends on my mood.
I like to have options!
That’s one of the things I love about Weight Watchers, nothing is off limits. It’s all about staying within your point range.
These desserts range in points. You will even find some for 0 points!

Frozen Peanut Butter Cups – I usually make these every week. They’re a great treat to have on hand and only 1 point each.

This Strawberry Crisp is only 2 points. It’s one of my favorites!

These Cool Whip Cookies are the most popular dessert on my blog. Each cookie is 3 points.

If you’re looking for a zero point dessert, try these Baked Peaches.

This Strawberry Roll is only 1 point per serving.

This Blueberry Swirl Cake is 3 points per serving, and worth every point!

Fruit Sushi is a fun take on sushi and only 2 points per serving (1 tortilla per serving).

Yes, you can have brownies with Weight Watchers! These Peppermint Brownies are only 4 points each.

Mini Pumpkin Pies are perfect when you are craving pumpkin pie. They are only 1 point each.

Strawberry Pretzel Dessert is a classic recipe that I lightened up to 4 points each.

Candy Corn Yogurt is a fun play on candy corn and it’s 0 points.

Cinnamon Pretzel Bites are made with 2 ingredient dough. You can have approximately 9 pretzel bites for only 2 points.

These Crepes are only 2 points each. You can even keep the batter in the fridge for a couple of days if you don’t use it all at once.

Dessert Nachos are a fun play on regular nachos. The entire plate of nachos is only 1 point.

This Ice Cream Sandwich is only 2 points per serving.

Grasshopper Pudding is a great substitute for Girl Scout thin mint cookies. Only 2 Freestyle points each, way less than cookies!

This Banana Pudding is a favorite in my house. 3 points each.

Chocolate Hummus is only 1 point per serving.
