If you are not a fan of fat-free Greek yogurt, this could be the recipe to change your mind!
I know that’s a bold statement, as is calling the recipe Pumpkin Perfection, but it is so good! Although it is made with fat-free Greek yogurt you can’t even taste it.
Between the pumpkin, pumpkin spice and sugar-free, fat-free vanilla pudding powder you can’t even tell there is Greek yogurt in this.

Since my little taste testers were at school I am the only one that tried this recipe. It makes 1 cup and I ate it all. My plan was to save some for them to try but it just didn’t work out.
I put a small amount of fat-free Reddi Wip on top which didn’t add any points.
If you’re not a fan of fat-free Greek yogurt but want to give this a try, you can buy 5.3 oz. containers of Chobani yogurt on sale at Kroger right now for $1 each. I usually buy the large containers but I noticed the small ones were on sale.
Either way, I hope you love this Pumpkin Perfection as much as I do!

A delish wish!

I was so excited to try this but unfortunately it was a big fail here. All I could taste was Greek yogurt. I even tried doubling and then tripling the pumpkin spice and pudding powder. My husband and I both don’t mind Greek yogurt (he actually likes it better than me) and we both couldn’t get over the taste. I suggest just making this with fat free whipped cream in place of the yogurt – SO much better!
I just made this and enjoyed it ( rather than eating 1/2 the pie in the fridge). My calculations came to 0 Freestyle points without reddi whip. Can I ask how you calculated 1 point. Just curious if I missed something
I added a packet of Splenda (but it probably could have used 2) and doubled the amount of pudding powder. It all came out to 0 points. Not sure where 1 came from.
Does it have to be FF Greek Yogurt? Can I substitute Non Fat plain Yogurt? I’ve used the big container of Non Fat plain Yogurt & mixed Instant FF Chocolate pudding, even used Lemon or Cheesecake instant FF pudding. I find putting the yogurt in a bowl & whisking the pudding in a little at a time is best to mix it well. My husband even likes it! You can add a dollop of FF Cool Whip, if you like.
