Hi there! I’m Laura. Thanks for stopping by. After a couple years of low carb yo-yo dieting I decided to get back to Weight Watchers. After having both of my daughters I did Weight Watchers to drop the weight and it worked! I love that on Weight Watchers I can eat what I want. For me, it’s all about portion control.

I LOVE food….cooking, eating, you name it! Something I like to do is take a recipe that I love and try to lighten it up. I’m not a chef, but I cook for my family all of the time. AND they actually like the food I make. They want me to keep cooking! Those are the only credentials that I need.
