I love peanut butter. I’m always trying to think of new ways to use PB2 powder in place of it since it’s fewer points. This fruit dip is a winner!
The dip takes about 5 minutes to make if that. I served it with apples.
I’m super excited to try it with strawberries and bananas too! The dip is 1 Freestyle point for 1/4 cup. That’s a lot of dip for only 1 Freestyle point!
A whole apple plus the dip was definitely a filling snack. That’s what it is all about for me…something that tastes good and fills me up.
I used this apple corer/slicer which made it super easy!

If you love peanut butter check out my Frozen Peanut Butter Cups. It’s my most popular recipe, and one of my favorites.
Peanut Butter Jelly FroYo Bark is also a great low point snack. If you’re looking for a healthy dinner try my Thai Chicken Skewers.
I use the PB2 powder in all of these recipes. I think it tastes just like peanut butter but it has way fewer points.
If you haven’t tried it I highly recommend it. I always use it in recipes, I haven’t used it by itself on toast or anything like that. But using it in recipes is perfect.
