Here’s what you need to make Dessert Kabobs:
- Strawberries
- Jumbo marshmallows
- Brownie bites
- Chocolate chips
- Skewers
I bought 8″ wooden skewers off of Amazon. These are the ones I bought.
The thing that’s highest in points on these Dessert Kabobs are the brownies. I bought Entenmanns brownies. 1 1/2 pouches (6 brownies) was 16 points.
Although they are a little higher in points they taste so good with the strawberries and marshmallows.
I used 6 of the large marshmallows, one for each skewer.
Since the 6 marshmallows were 8 points I cut each one in half, making it look like there were two marshmallows on each kabob.
Of course the strawberries are zero points so you can use as many of those as you want.
To prep for the Dessert Kabobs I washed the strawberries then cut the tops off.
Assembling the kabobs was very easy. I did a strawberry, marshmallow half, brownie, marshmallow half and another strawberry.
I only made six kabobs but this recipe can easily be doubled or tripled.
Since I already had mini chocolate chips on hand I used those to drizzle over the kabobs. I melted 2 tablespoons in the microwave at 50% powder for about 90 seconds. I stirred the chocolate chips every 30 seconds.
My kids absolutely love these Dessert Kabobs!
