Have you ever had fried ravioli? It’s good, like really good! Unfortunately frying something in oil isn’t going to be low in points.

That’s why the air fryer is perfect for this recipe! Cooking the ravioli in the air fryer is still delicious, but without all of the points for oil.
This ravioli is great as an appetizer! I think it would be a little too high in points to make a meal out of it.

You’ll want to doublecheck the points of this recipe based on the ravioli that you buy.
I used cheese ravioli for this recipe. They came out to 2 points each for blue and purple, 5 points for 2 ravioli with green.

This recipe is a little higher in points than what I usually make, but they are SO GOOD!!!
The ravioli I bought is actually quite large. The brand was “Good & Gather” four cheese ravioli. I bought it at Target.
You want to start by boiling the ravioli. Just follow the directions on the box.
Drain the ravioli then pat it dry.
You want to whisk an egg in a small bowl and add Italian breadcrumbs to a separate small bowl.
Once the ravioli is dried you will dip it in the egg, followed by the breadcrumbs. You will probably have to air fry the ravioli in more than one batch.
You want to make sure the ravioli is in a single layer. Bake it in the air fryer at 400 degrees for 5 minutes, flipping halfway through.
These ravioli taste great with a low point pizza sauce or marinara. Whatever you prefer.
If you’re on the fence about buying an air fryer this recipe will make you happy you have it!
Here is a video of how to make the air fryer ravioli:
