It’s that time again – time for a weekly meal plan!
As always I’ve included a printable shopping list. Everything you need to pull off a weeks worth of recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
I only included 2 breakfast recipes this week. Both of them are perfect for leftovers.
I don’t know about you, but I hate to waste food. If I have enough food to make another meal out of it I save money and time!
I’m also including the points for each recipe. The points are per serving. It’s up to you how many servings you want.
For example, the BBQ chicken tostadas are 4 Freestyle points each. When I have them for dinner I either have 2 (for 8 Freestyle points) or 1 with a side dish.
The breakfast dishes I included are a breakfast casserole and breakfast taquitos.


The lunch recipes are Thai chicken with peanut sauce, chicken, hummus and tabouli wraps and one pan chicken fajitas. The chicken fajitas are actually leftovers from a dinner recipe.



The dinner lineup includes BBQ chickn tostadas, chicken parm casserole, Mongolian beef, chicken fajitas and crab cakes.

Saturday
Breakfast: Breakfast Taquitos (2 Freestyle points each)
Lunch: Chicken, Hummus and Tabouli Wrap (6 Freestyle points)
Dinner: DATE NIGHT!
Sunday
Breakfast: Breakfast Taquitos (2 Freestyle points each)
Lunch: Chicken, Hummus and Tabouli Wrap (6 Freestyle points)
