Much like meal prep, a weekly meal plan can really help you stay on track. It’s also a great way to save time.
It’s much easier to go to the grocery store one day a week versus going every day. I’m guilty of going to the grocery store almost every day. It really is such a waste of time.
I have seen weekly meal plans floating around on Pinterest. I figured it was time for me to give it a try.
Below you will find a meal plan for the week as well as a printable shopping list. It doesn’t get much easier than that! You can click on the recipe name and it will take you to the recipe.
I have left room for plenty of snacks or desserts along the way, and salads or veggies with dinner. Feel free to stock up zero point fruits and veggies too.
Also, we almost always go out to dinner on Saturday. It’s either date night or family night. It’s the perfect reason to save up some points throughout the week.
You may have some leftovers with some of the recipes. Feel free to freeze them and serve at a later date.

Thank you so much for this, I love all your recipes! They don't look to be complicated or use weird ingredients which has stopped me from using meal prep plans before. I am excited to try these recipes, may not make all of them at once but I have several planned for this week. Thank you again 😊
