If you like chicken Parmesan, you’re going to love this! Italian food is my favorite, and this one is a keeper!

Chicken Parmesan has always been one of my favorite Italian meals. I love that with Weight Watchers I can still enjoy it.
That’s what gave me the idea to make a Chicken Parmesan Casserole.
It has all of the great flavors of Chicken Parmesan, but in a casserole.
This casserole makes 4 large servings for only 3 Freestyle points each.
I put mine over 1/2 cup of spaghetti noodles which were 3 additional points.
My dinner was only 6 points altogether! That’s not a lot of points considering I got to eat pasta!
This recipe got two thumbs up from my family. I hope you enjoy it too.

I baked it in a casserole dish like this one. You could also make bake it in an 8×8 baking pan or even a pie dish.

Some things I used for this recipe:

Yield: 4 Servings (3 points per serving for blue and purple, 6 points for green. Add additional points if serving with pasta)

Do you put in the chicken uncooked or cooked?
You use cooked chicken. I updated the recipe so it’s more specific. Sorry about that.
Your recipe doesn’t include pasta in the ingredients, but shows it in the picture, nor does it account for it in the points. Seems misleading if you’re representing points.
I’m not trying to be misleading at all. If you read the post it clearly states I added pasta for 3 points plus the 3 points for the casserole. Six points for a dinner is pretty low if you ask me. It’s a really good recipe! 🙂
Oh my yummy goodness this is so delicious!!!! I am very picky and I have fallen in love with this! Looking forward to trying more of your recipes!!!
I’m so happy you liked it!! It’s one of my favorites. 😋
This was very good. I added the noodles for the extra 3 points and it is worth it. Great job on this one
I am so excited to try this! Do you remember how many points your sauce was in this recipe? I want to make sure I grab one that’s around the same for point accuracy!
Thanks!!!
Hello!
I wanted to see if there was a point count for WW PersonalPoints? This looks delicious!
Thank you!!
Hi! I updated the recipe to include Personal Points.
Could you use a rotisserie chicken for the sake of time?
Thank you!
Definitely!
