Happy Mother’s Day to all of the moms out there!
I hope everyone had a wonderful and relaxing day. The weather here wasn’t the best, but I got to spend the day with my kids and family so that’s what matters.
Plus I got to eat some delicious food that I didn’t have to cook. I have a happy heart and happy tummy.

This meal plan is for dinners only. I like to have leftovers for lunch the next day. That means less cooking and I save money.
