This Weight Watchers Hawaiian Pizza is as easy as 1-2-3!
1 – Toast the English muffin.
2- Add the ingredients.
3- Bake for 10 minutes.
It’s that easy.
The great thing about this recipe is it reminds me of being a kid. I used to make English muffin pizzas with my dad and I thought it was the coolest thing ever!
We didn’t make Hawaiian pizza, we just did pepperoni pizza. I loved it!
I think as a kid there is something so cool about being allowed to cook your own food. It really made me feel grown up.
I decided to go back to my roots, except to try an English muffin Hawaiian pizza.
I know not everyone is a fan of Hawaiian pizza. You either love it or hate it.
I’ll be honest, it’s not something I would order from a pizza place. I typically like the more traditional toppings.
However, I am a fan of salty and sweet together, which is what this pizza is.
I think you have to try new things so you don’t get sick of eating the same thing every day.
I found light English muffins that were only 2 points each. That’s for one whole muffin which actually makes two pizzas.
I used 1/4 cup of part-skim mozzarella cheese which was 2 points. I know it’s not a lot of cheese, but the muffins aren’t very big.
The Canadian bacon was 1 point for 3 slices. I didn’t use nearly that much, but it’s good to know that you can add that much Canadian bacon without changing the points.
The pizza sauce I used was 1 point for 1/4 cup. That was perfect because I used about 1 tablespoon of sauce for each pizza.
The pineapple is a bonus since it’s zero points. Feel free to use as much or as little as you want.
When I created the recipe on the Weight Watchers app it came to 5 Freestyle points for 2 muffin pizzas. I think that’s pretty low in points especially for something so filling.
I ate my pizza with a cup of pineapple. It’s my favorite fruit. I call it natures candy because it is so sweet and tasty.

Yield: 4 pizzas (2 whole English muffins) 2 pizzas = 5 Weight Watchers Freestyle points
- 2 whole English muffins, sliced in half

- 1 1/2-3 slices Canadian bacon cut into small pieces
- Pineapple cut into bite-size pieces
-
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
-
Cut English muffins in half and lightly toast them – this is so the muffins don’t get soggy from the pizza sauce. Place the muffins on a baking sheet.
-
Add 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce to each English muffin.
-
Next, add the mozzarella cheese.
-
Finish by adding the Canadian bacon and pineapple.
-
Bake for 10 minutes.
