You’re going to love this delicious, yet healthy snack!
This easy-to-make treat combines the smooth and creamy texture of the frozen yogurt with the crunchy texture of granola and the sweetness of fresh strawberries.
It’s a perfect combination of flavors and textures that make for an irresistible frozen yogurt snack.

Why they’re good for you:
One of the main benefits of making your own frozen yogurt granola cups is that you have control over the ingredients that you use.
This means you can customize your cups to your liking and ensure that they are packed with wholesome ingredients.
For instance, Greek yogurt is an excellent choice for making these cups as it is rich in protein, which helps to keep you full for longer periods.
Fresh strawberries are another essential ingredient in this recipe, as they are low in calories and high in fiber, making them an excellent addition to any healthy diet.
The sweetness of the strawberries also helps to enhance the flavor of the cups, giving them a refreshing and tangy taste that will keep taste buds satisfied.
Additionally, homemade frozen yogurt granola cups with fresh strawberries are an excellent source of energy.
They provide you with a quick and easy snack that will keep you fueled and energized throughout the day. This is especially important if you have a busy schedule and need a quick boost to keep you going.
These cups are easy to make and store. You can make them in batches and keep them in the freezer for a quick snack on the go. This is a perfect option for those busy days when you need a snack but don’t have time to make one.

Ingredients Required:
- Fat free Greek yogurt
- Granola (I used Bear Naked vanilla almond crunch granola)
- Strawberries
- Vanilla extract
- Sweetener of choice (I used granulated Splenda)
How to make Frozen Yogurt Granola Cups with Strawberries:
Start by lining a muffin tin with silicone or paper muffin cups.
Next, place a tablespoon of granola at the bottom of each muffin cup.

In a bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and strawberries.
Spoon the yogurt mixture over the granola, filling the cups about 3/4 of the way full.

Optional: Add some toppings to each cup. I like to add chopped strawberries since they’re zero points. You can also add granola or chocolate chips.

Place the muffin tin in the freezer for at least 2 hours to let the cups freeze and set.
Once they are fully frozen and you’re ready for a snack, take the muffin cups out of the tin and let them sit for a few minutes before removing the silicone cups.

Variations on the Recipe:
- Swap out the strawberries for another type of fruit. Raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries would all work well.
- Add some nuts or seeds to the granola mixture for extra crunch. Chopped almonds, pecans, or pumpkin seeds would be great choices.
- Experiment with different flavors of yogurt. Vanilla, coconut, and honey would all add a unique twist to the recipe. (Make sure you doublecheck the WW points.)
- Get creative with your toppings! Chopped dark chocolate, shredded coconut, or even a drizzle of caramel sauce would be delicious additions to these frozen yogurt cups.
