Ranch Chicken Salad is perfect for an easy, delicious, and filling lunch!
It’s also a great way to use up leftover chicken.

You could also use rotisserie chicken or canned chicken.
How I kept this recipe light:
Most chicken salad recipes use mayonnaise. To lighten it up I used a mixture of light mayonnaise and fat-free sour cream.
I used shredded chicken breast since it’s 0 points.
The only ingredient that adds points to this recipe is the mayonnaise, and it’s only 1 point.
You can add the chicken salad to some low point bread, or make a lettuce wrap out of it.

How to make Ranch Chicken Salad:
Chop the cooked chicken and add it to a medium mixing bowl.
Add the light mayonnaise, fat-free sour cream, and ranch seasoning. Stir everything together.
You can buy the ranch seasoning or make your own. Homemade ranch seasoning typically includes garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, dill, chives, salt, and black pepper.
Chop the celery and green onion and mix them into the chicken salad.
I like to keep it in the fridge for about an hour before eating, but it’s not necessary.
Bacon is another ingredient that goes really well with Ranch Chicken Salad, just make sure to add the points.
Leftovers will stay good in the fridge for 3 days. Make sure to keep them in an airtight container.
