This fluffy dip is perfect for any fall get-together!
It tastes great with fruit, cookies or crackers.
Plus it’s easy to make, ready in just minutes.

The inspiration for this dip comes from my Pumpkin Perfection recipe. It’s a delicious snack that’s filling and only 0-1 points.
So I figured why not turn it into a dip!?
What you need to make Pumpkin Pie Dip:
- Canned pumpkin
- Fat free Greek yogurt
- Sugar free, fat free vanilla pudding powder
- Pumpkin spice
- Fat free Cool Whip
It only takes a few ingredients and a couple minutes to make this tasty dip.
How to make Pumpkin Pie Dip:
In a medium bowl add the pumpkin, Greek yogurt, vanilla pudding mix and pumpkin spice.
Mix the ingredients together until they are uniform in color.
Gently fold in the Cool Whip. You can serve it immediately or cover it and keep it in the fridge.
This dip stays good in the fridge for 3-4 days, just keep it in an airtight container.

I like serving this dip with apples and reduced fat Nilla Wafers.

- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
- 1/2 cup plain fat free Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon sugar free, fat free vanilla pudding powder
- 1/8 teaspoon pumpkin spice
- 4 oz. fat free Cool Whip
