If you’re like me and love the everything but the bagel seasoning, you’re going to want to try this dip!
It’s a low point dip and it goes great with fresh vegetables.
And you only need three ingredients to make this dip.

Cream cheese, sour cream and everything bagel seasoning are the ingredients you need.
If you don’t have a Trader Joe’s near you you can usually find the everything bagel seasoning at the grocery store.
The seasoning is a delicious blend of black sesame seeds, white sesame seeds, poppy seeds, dried minced garlic, dried minced onion and sea salt flakes.
Everything bagel seasoning tastes great on so many things. Avocado toast, eggs, roasted vegetables, baked chicken and of course bagels.
How to make Everything Bagel Dip:
Let the cream cheese get to room temperature. This will make it easier to mix together.
In a small bowl add the cream cheese, sour cream and everything bagel seasoning. Use a hand mixer on medium speed to mix together.
Transfer to a clean serving bowl and enjoy! This is a great dip to make ahead of time. The longer it sits in the fridge the more the seasoning flavors pop.
To help keep this dip low in points I used low-fat cream cheese instead of full-fat cream cheese.
Instead of regular sour cream I used fat free sour cream. Those two small changes helped to lighten up this dip and make it WW friendly.

To keep this snack low in points I like to serve it with fresh vegetables. Baby carrots, celery sticks, cucumbers and cherry tomatoes all taste great with it.
Pita chips and bagel chips are also good to serve with it if you don’t mind the extra points.

I also like to sprinkle a little extra seasoning on top of the serving bowl. 🙂

Could you use Greek Yogurt instead of the cream cheese and sour cream to make it low point or zero point depending on what your zero point foods are.
@Megan Harrison, I was wondering the same thing! I am going to try using cream cheese but using 1/2 sour cream and 1/2 yogurt. It’s worth a try!
You can definitely do that. I prefer the taste of sour cream vs. yogurt in some recipes. If you were to leave out the cream cheese it just wouldn’t be as thick.
