This Whipped Feta Dip is delicious and low in points!
It tastes great with veggies, pretzels or bread.
Each serving is about 1/4 cup and only 2 points.

The main thing I did to keep this low in points was I skipped the oil. There is so much flavor in the dip you won’t even miss it.
This is another recipe where a food processor comes in handy. I put all of the ingredients in the food processor and pressed grind until it was smooth.
Here’s what you need:
- Reduced fat feta cheese
- Fat free sour cream
- 1 garlic clove
- Oregano
- Lemon juice
- Pepper
I bought Atheno’s reduced fat feta cheese. It was a 5 ounce container which is exactly what I needed.
It took about 5 minutes to make this dip. I started by adding the feta cheese to the food processor.
Next I ran the garlic clove through my garlic press and added it to the food processor.
Add the sour cream, lemon juice, oregano and pepper and press grind until it is combined and smooth.
You can serve it right away or put it in the fridge until you’re ready.
Cucumbers are delicious with this! Plus they are 0 points so it’s a low point snack/appetizer.
Tomatoes are also great with this or any type of vegetable you like.
If I’m serving this for guests I also add bread and pretzels.

Yield: 3 servings (about 1/4 cup per serving. 2 points per serving for blue, green and purple.)

Hi,
Can we replace the Sour Cream by Greek yogourt?
Thank you!!
Hi! You can…I haven’t tried it so I’m not sure if it changes the taste but you can use it.
