I love egg roll recipes! You can fill those little wrappers with pretty much anything!
It’s also a great way to keep something low in points. Most egg roll wrappers are only 1-2 points each.

They’re perfect as an appetizer, lunch, dinner or dessert. Actually, some of the dessert ones are my favorite.
Working with egg roll wrappers might seem intimidating at first, but they’re actually pretty easy to use.
Most of these egg roll recipes have pictures showing how to wrap up the egg rolls. The most important thing to do is make sure the wrapper is sealed.
Another great thing about egg roll recipes is they can be made in the air fryer or baked in the oven.
I always make my egg rolls in the air fryer. It’s easy and it doesn’t make my whole house warm in the summer.
