A few weeks ago I made a Big Mac Salad and it was a hit! It made me wonder what else I could do with the Big Mac recipe?
So I thought I’ll make Big Mac Egg Rolls!
I love making recipes with egg roll wrappers, it’s a great way to lighten it up.

I’ve used egg roll wrappers to make sweet and savory recipes. Both ways are delicious!
Some recipes I’ve made with egg roll wrappers are Apple Pie Egg Rolls, Southwestern Chicken Egg Rolls and Blueberry Pie Egg Rolls.
These Big Mac Egg Rolls are only 3 points each for blue, green and purple. If you want to make the sauce it is 1 point for one tablespoon, it makes 8 servings.
The inside of the egg rolls are filled with cheese, hamburger meat, pickles and onions. I used a half slice of reduced fat American cheese for each roll.
Cutting the cheese in half made it the perfect size for the egg rolls plus it helped keep it low in points. When you eat the egg rolls fresh out of the air fryer (or oven) the cheese is melted into the hamburger meat. It’s so good!
To assemble the egg rolls I started by laying out the wrapper then adding the pickle. I used a paper towel to dry off the pickle before putting it on the egg roll wrapper so it didn’t get wet and tear.

After the pickle I added the cheese.

Next up I added the ground beef.

Last was some chopped onions.

Then I rolled up the egg rolls. I start by rolling up the bottom of the wrapper then I tuck in the sides. I dip my finger in water and wet the edge of the egg roll wrapper and roll it up.
Spray the egg rolls with olive oil spray then put them in the air fryer or oven. That’s all there is to it!

- 1/2 lb. Laura's Lean Beef
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Dash of Worcestershire sauce
- 8 egg roll wrappers
- 4 slices reduced fat American cheese (cut each piece in half)
- Pickle slices (dry the pickles off with a paper towel)
- Chopped yellow onion
- 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons dill relish
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
-
Brown the ground beef. Season with salt and pepper. Add the minced garlic the last minute of cooking.
-
Lay out an egg roll wrapper. Add a pickle slice, American cheese, a couple tablespoons of the beef and chopped onions.
-
Fold up the bottom of the egg roll wrapper and fold in the sides. Roll up the egg roll. When you get to the end dab your finger in water and wet the edge of the egg roll wrapper, then seal it closed. Repeat with the other egg rolls.
-
Spray the egg rolls with olive oil spray.
-
Cook egg rolls in the air fryer at 400 degrees for 6-7 minutes, flipping the egg rolls half way through.
-
Bake egg rolls in the oven at 400 degrees F for 8 minutes, flipping half way through.
-
Mix all of the sauce ingredients together in a bowl.

It would really help to know how much the sauce makes. I’m putting it into my WW app and don’t know how many servings it makes so I can’t calculate it without first making the recipe. Do you know how much it makes? Thanks!
The sauce is a little over 1/2 cup. There are 8 tablespoons in a 1/2 cup. Each egg roll uses a tablespoon of sauce and the recipe makes 8 egg rolls. I hope that helps!
