These Fried Peaches are delicious! They can be made in the air fryer or baked in the oven.
They’re perfect for a low point dessert, snack or even breakfast.
Each serving is only 1 point! That’s for blue, green and purple.

Here’s what you need to make Fried Peaches:
- Peaches
- Brown sugar
- Reduced fat Nilla Wafers
- Cinnamon
- I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter, spray
I started by putting two Nilla Wafers in a zip up bag. I used a meat mallet and broke up the wafers.
If you don’t have a meat mallet you can use a rolling pin or frying pan.
Next I put the wafer crumbs, brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl and mixed them together.

Then you want to cut two peaches in half and remove the pit.

I sprayed the peaches with I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter spray then topped with the wafer mixture.

All that’s left to do now is to cook the peaches. I used the air fryer for mine. I cooked them at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
If you don’t have an air fryer you can bake them in the oven at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
You can top the peaches with whipped cream or low point vanilla ice cream. Both taste delicious!
Don’t worry if your peaches aren’t completely ripe. Once they’re cooked they will be soft, sweet and delicious.
