These pizza egg rolls are the perfect way to satisfy a pizza craving!
They are also low in points – only 4 points each for blue, green and purple.
I love using egg roll wrappers to make things lower in points since they are only 1 point each.

I used 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce for each egg roll wrapper. It was 3 points.
Instead of using regular pepperoni I used turkey pepperoni. I did 3 pepperoni for each egg roll which was 30 pepperoni for 3 points total.
Regular pepperoni would be 12 points for 30. Personally I really like the turkey pepperoni and can’t even tell a difference.
Shredded part-skim mozzarella is the cheese I used. I did 1/4 cup for each pizza egg roll.
With just these ingredients the egg rolls are 4 points each for blue, green and purple.
You can also add 0 point vegetables to the egg rolls!
I like to add green pepper and onions to my pizza egg rolls.
Mushrooms are another good idea…if you like them. Most people either love them or hate them.
Another great thing about these pizza egg rolls is they can be made in the air fryer or baked in the oven. I made mine in the air fryer.

Yield: 10 egg rolls (4 points each for blue, green and purple)
- 10 egg roll wrappers
- 10 tablespoons pizza sauce
- 2 1/2 cups part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 30 slices turkey pepperoni
- zero point vegetables such as green pepper, onion or mushrooms
-
Lay out the egg roll wrapper. In the center add 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce, 1/4 cup cheese and 3 pepperoni. Add any additional vegetables at this point too.
-
Dip your finger in water and run it along the edge of the egg roll wrapper. Roll up the egg roll by folding up the bottom, followed by the sides, then roll the rest of the way up. Repeat until all 10 pizza egg rolls are made.
-
Place egg rolls in a single layer in the air fryer. Spray them with olive oil spray. Cook at 400 degrees for 6-7 minutes flipping halfway through.
-
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
-
Place the egg rolls on a baking sheet and spray with olive oil spray.
-
Bake 7 minutes flipping halfway through.
