I’ve been having fun lately making different Hawaiian roll sliders. I’m not sure which is my favorite, but these BBQ Chicken sliders are pretty high up there!

You can check out my recipes for Italian Hawaiian Roll Sliders and Chicken Bacon Ranch Sliders.

Here’s what you need to make BBQ Chicken Hawaiian Roll Sliders:

  • Hawaiian Rolls (12 pack)
  • Boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • Sugar free BBQ sauce (I used G Hughes original BBQ sauce)
  • Sargento ultra thin mild cheddar slices
  • Red onion
  • Butter
  • Parsley, oregano, garlic powder and onion powder

Start making the sliders by cutting the Hawaiian Rolls in half and removing the top buns. Then get the chicken ready.

This recipe is perfect for rotisserie chicken or leftover chicken. Just shred the chicken and stir in the barbecue sauce.

I used G Hughes original BBQ sauce, 1/2 cup was only 1 point for me.

Once that’s done add the chicken to the bottom buns. Spread it evenly over the buns.

Next add the red onion, followed by the cheese slices.

Place the top buns onto the cheese slices. In a small bowl melt the butter then brush it on the bun tops.

Sprinkle the seasonings on the buns then bake them for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.

These sliders are a total crowd pleaser!
