These Italian Hawaiian Roll Sliders are lightened up and delicious!
They’re like little mini subs that are easy to make and perfect for parties.
I filled them with ham, pepperoni, cheese, pepperoncini’s and roasted red peppers.

Recently I had a ham and cheese version of these sliders that my boyfriends mom made. They were delicious! That’s what inspired me to make this Italian version.
While her sliders were incredible I don’t think they were WW friendly. I knew I could find a way to lighten them up.
One thing a lot of the Hawaiian roll slider recipes have in common is to drizzle melted butter over the top of them. That’s a lot of points!
Instead of using butter I used I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter spray. I used about 12 sprays which is 0 points.
I used a basting brush to spread the butter all over the rolls then added Italian seasoning, garlic powder and Parmesan cheese. It worked perfect!
For the filling for these Italian sliders I started with ham, which is pretty low in points. I used 4 oz. of Boar’s Head deluxe ham and it was only 2 points.
Instead of using regular pepperoni I used turkey pepperoni. 20 turkey pepperoni is only 2 points and they taste just like regular pepperoni.
I used 1 cup of part-skim mozzarella shredded cheese which was 10 points.
The mild peppers and roasted red peppers were 0 points.
These Italian Hawaiian Roll Sliders are 5 points each for blue, green and purple.
