This Creamy Ranch Pasta Salad is only 3 points per serving with blue, green and purple!
You’re probably thinking the serving size is like 1/4 cup or something small, but no!! It’s ONE CUP per serving! That’s a lot of pasta salad for only 3 points!

Let me tell you, this is going to be my go-to side dish in the summer.

Instead of using mayonnaise for this pasta salad I used fat-free sour cream. To make it full of flavor I mixed the sour cream with ranch seasoning.
It’s magical! If I want a quick vegetable dip I’ll mix together the sour cream and ranch seasoning, so I already knew it was good.
I figured why not use it in a pasta salad!? Guess what? It works great!
You can also use fat-free Greek yogurt if you don’t like fat-free sour cream. I just think the yogurt has more of a bitter taste.
I also used broccoli, ham and reduced-fat cheddar cheese. This is a delicious pasta salad. I hope you like it as much as I do!
This is definitely a recipe that the ingredients matter when counting points. Here is everything I used with the point values:

Yield: 10 (1 cup) servings – 3 points per serving for blue, green and purple
