These Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins are delicious and only 3 points each for blue, green and purple!
You can meal prep them for breakfast, have them as a snack or dessert.
Hopefully you have some extra ripe bananas on hand!

This recipe is very similar to my Banana Bread recipe, which is very popular on my website.
My kids love banana bread and they loved these muffins too! How could they not with chocolate added to them!?
Making these Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins is super easy. Add all of the ingredients to a mixing bowl, stir together and you’re done!
I stirred all of the wet ingredients together before adding in the flour. Once you add the flour you want to make sure you don’t overmix it.
If twelve muffins is too many for you that’s not a problem, they freeze well!
Simply wrap the muffins individually, then place them in a zip up bag.
Mini chocolate chips were what I decided to use for these muffins. 3 tablespoons of mini chocolate chips goes a long way!

These are regular size muffins, not mini! They are filling and delicious.
