These no-bake Snickers Banana Bites are perfect for a sweet tooth!
And they’re easy to make, ready in just minutes. They’re great for a low point dessert or snack.

To help keep the Snickers Banana Bites low in points I used Hershey’s sugar free dark chocolate. I’ve found them at Kroger and Target, they’re the mini bars.
I also used Smucker’s sugar free caramel sundae syrup.
As far as making the banana bites I started by slicing the banana. It was a big banana, I got 9 good size pieces out of it.
Lay the banana slices on a plate and add a small amount of caramel to each one.

I used a butter knife to spread the caramel over each banana.
In a microwave-safe bowl melt two of the mini candy bars. I microwave it at 50% power checking it every 30 seconds.
Once the chocolate is melted I added it to the top of the caramel.

The final step is to add the peanuts. I added 1/2 tablespoon of peanuts to a zip up bag and used a meat mallet to break the peanuts into small pieces.
You can also use a rolling pin if you don’t have a meat mallet.
Add the peanut pieces to the banana slices and you’re done!

Eat the Snickers Banana Bites right away or you can put them in an airtight container in the freezer. They’re also delicious frozen!
