French Toast Sticks are WW friendly and kids love them!
I always try to make food that is good for Weight Watchers but also the whole family will love.
These are delicious in the air fryer but you can also make them on the stove top.

To keep these French Toast Sticks low in points I used bread that’s only 1 point per slice.
I like the Sara Lee honey whole wheat. It’s 45 calories per slice.
Ingredients you need:
- Bread (1 point bread)
- Eggs
- Skim milk
- Cinnamon
- Vanilla extract
- Powdered sugar
These are pretty basic ingredients that I usually have on hand.
Getting started I whisked the eggs with the milk, then added the cinnamon and vanilla extract.
I didn’t add any sugar at this point. Since I was adding powdered sugar at the end I thought that would be sweet enough.
Next I cut six pieces of bread into three strips – giving me 18 French Toast Sticks.
When you dip the French Toast Sticks into the egg mixture you want to do a quick dip. Don’t soak the bread.
Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil spray and add the French Toast Sticks in a single layer. I cooked mine in two batches.
Cook them for 6 minutes flipping half way through. When they’re done cooking I let them cool for a minute then added the powdered sugar.
If you don’t have an air fryer you can cook these on the stove top. Use a non stick pan and spray with olive oil.
This makes six servings. Each serving is 2 points for blue and purple, 3 points for green. There are three French Toast Sticks in each serving.
Serve with some fresh fruit and you have a filling and delicious breakfast!
