It’s the week #73 meal plan!

The meal plan is merely a suggestion as far as what day you want to eat which meal. With Saturday being “date night” I always try to eat light on Friday. That way I can save up some points.

Sunday is usually our family meal. I try to plan something a little heavier that everyone will like.

Most of these recipes are great for leftovers the next day. I always try to set some aside for lunch. It’s a great way to save money!

Here are the recipes for the week:

Bubble Up Chicken Pot Pie
Taco Pie
Buffalo Chicken Quesadillas
Sheet Pan Sausage & Veggies
Chicken Parmesan Cakes
Mongolian Beef

Monday:

Bubble Up Chicken Pot Pie – 4 points for blue and purple, 5 points for green

Tuesday:

Taco Pie – 6 points for purple, 7 points for blue and green

Wednesday:

Buffalo Chicken Quesadillas – 6 points for blue and purple, 10 points for green

Thursday:

Sheet Pan Sausage & Veggies – 4 points for purple, 6 points for blue and green

Friday:

Chicken Parmesan Cakes – 2 points for blue and purple, 4 points for green

Saturday:

DATE NIGHT!!

Sunday:

Mongolian Beef – 3 points for blue, purple and green
