It’s the week #41 meal plan!
If you’re looking for more meal plans you can go here to see the other 40 weeks.
I wasn’t sure if I should do a meal plan this week because of the holidays. Instead of doing Saturday as date night, I left Tuesday and Wednesday open since I know a lot of people are at family parties.
I know a lot of people serve turkey during the holidays. The 30 minute cheese tortellini soup is a great recipe for leftover turkey instead of chicken.
The meal plan is merely a suggestion as far as what day you want to eat which meal.
Sunday is usually our family meal. I try to plan something a little heavier that everyone will like.
Most of these recipes are great for leftovers the next day. I always try to set some aside for lunch. It’s a great way to save money!
Recently I started a Facebook group for Weight Watchers. I would love to have you join! There will be recipes shared, plus it’s a place for encouragement. CLICK HERE TO JOIN!
