This meal plan is merely a suggestion as far as what day you want to eat which meal. With Saturday being “date night” I always try to eat light on Friday. That way I can save up some points.
Sunday is usually our family meal. I try to plan something a little heavier that everyone will like.
These recipes include the point value for blue, green and purple plans.
Most of these recipes are great for leftovers the next day. I always try to set some aside for lunch. It’s a great way to save money!
These are the recipes for the week:
Chicken and Broccoli Meal Prep – Blue and purple = 0 points, green = 4 points
20 Minute Fish Tacos – 2 tacos = 8 points for blue, purple and green
Open-Faced Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich – 3 points for blue, purple and green
Crunchwrap Supreme – 7 points for blue, 8 points purple, 10 points green
Deconstructed Chicken Gyro – 0 points for blue and purple, 4 points for green
Chicken Lazone – 3 points for blue and purple, 6 points for green
