It’s time for some meal planning!
I don’t know about you, but I like to get my grocery shopping done on Sunday. Besides getting food for my meals I have to get snacks and lunch food for my kids.
Because of the blog I go to the grocery store many times a week, but buying food for the week means I have a plan and won’t be tempted to eat something I shouldn’t.
A few weeks back I changed the meal plan to focus on dinners only. I have six meals planned for the week, leaving one night for dining out.
I usually go out to eat every Saturday, but you can always change the meal plan to make it work for you.
Although this meal plan is only for dinners, I usually save leftovers for my lunch the next day. It makes my life easier and saves me money.
These are the dinners for the week:

Monday:
Chicken Spinach Bake – 6 Freestyle points
Tuesday:
Mexican Chicken Tostadas – 2 Freestyle points each
Wednesday:
Meatball Stuffed Shells – 5 Freestyle points
Thursday:
Hawaiian Chicken Wrap – 3 Freestyle points
Friday:
Chicken Peanut Ramen Skillet – 3 Freestyle points
Saturday:
DATE NIGHT!
Sunday:
Swedish Meatballs – 7 Freestyle points
