Weight Watchers Weekly Meal Plan #8

Please follow and like us:

It’s time for some meal planning!

I don’t know about you, but I like to get my grocery shopping done on Sunday. Besides getting food for my meals I have to get snacks and lunch food for my kids.

Because of the blog I go to the grocery store many times a week, but buying food for the week means I have a plan and won’t be tempted to eat something I shouldn’t.

A few weeks back I changed the meal plan to focus on dinners only. I have six meals planned for the week, leaving one night for dining out.

I usually go out to eat every Saturday, but you can always change the meal plan to make it work for you.

Although this meal plan is only for dinners, I usually save leftovers for my lunch the next day. It makes my life easier and saves me money.

These are the dinners for the week:

Chicken Spinach Bake
Mexican Chicken Tostadas
Meatball Stuffed Shells
Hawaiian Chicken Wrap
Chicken Peanut Ramen Skillet
Swedish Meatballs

Here is the meal plan with clickable links right to the recipes. After the meal plan is the printable shopping list.
