This Hawaiian Chicken Wrap is SO GOOD!! And it’s only 3 Freestyle points!
Another good thing is it’s great for meal prep! I like to cook the chicken, then divide it into four portions. That’s lunch for four days!
The recipe itself is really easy too. You mix the ingredients together for the sauce, cook the chicken, then add the sauce to the chicken.
While the chicken is cooking I usually start chopping up the pineapple, cilantro, red onion and lettuce.
I make sure I have enough of everything for four meals. I like using containers that have multiple compartments since the pineapple can get kind of watery. I don’t want my cilantro and lettuce to get soggy.
I’m definitely one of those people that doesn’t like my food touching. 🙂
The wraps I use are the Ole Xtreme high fiber tortilla wraps. I love them because they are only 1 Freestyle point each.
If you use a different type of tortilla make sure you check to see if it changes the points.
To assemble the wraps I lay out a tortilla, add lettuce, chicken, pineapple, red onion and cilantro. Then I roll it up like a burrito. That’s it!
When I’m eating the Hawaiian chicken wrap for meal prep I usually put the chicken in the microwave for about 20-30 seconds.
I love that this wrap is only 3 Freestyle points. That leaves plenty of room for me to have a side with it, or a snack later on.
