This easy recipe will have you saying goodbye to store-bought bread and hello to fresh, delicious, and homemade bread.
Not only is this recipe incredibly easy to make, but it also has an amazing flavor that is sure to be a hit with your family and friends.

Ingredients You Will Need:
To make this delectable Tomato Basil and Cheese bread, you’ll need a few key ingredients, some of which you may already have.
The best part? These ingredients are all affordable and easy to find, making this recipe a no-brainer for any home cook.
Instead of using flour, I used Bisquick Heart Smart. There’s no need to add a leavening agent or fat.
I always have a box of Bisquick Heart Smart on hand, there’s so much you can do with it! I’ll include some additional recipes that use Bisquick at the bottom of this post. It makes everything from sweet to savory.
To help lower the WW points I used skim milk instead of whole milk. It’s a minor change that doesn’t change the flavor of the homemade bread.
You will also need tomatoes, part-skim mozzarella cheese, basil, and garlic.
How to Make Tomato Basil Bread:
To a large mixing bowl, add the skim milk and egg. Whisk together.
Add in the 2 cups of Bisquick Heart Smart and use a rubber spatula to mix together.
Once it is mixed together, add in the tomatoes, cheese, basil, and garlic. Stir the ingredients together, but don’t overstir.
Spray a 1.5 quart loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray, then add the bread batter.
Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
