Chicken Pot Pie is one of my favorites when I’m craving comfort food.
This Bisquick Chicken Pot Pie is only 3 points per serving for blue and purple, 4 points for green.
That’s so low in points!! Plus it’s also delicious.

It’s really easy to put together, perfect for a weeknight meal.
Here’s what you need to make Bisquick Chicken Pot Pie:
- Bisquick Heart Smart
- Healthy Request cream of chicken soup
- Skim milk
- One egg
- Mixed vegetables (I used frozen)
- Cooked chicken breast
- Garlic powder, onion powder and pepper
To lighten this recipe up I used Healthy Request cream of chicken soup instead of regular cream of chicken soup.
I also used skim milk instead of regular milk.
Since chicken breast is 0 points for blue and purple that’s what I used.
This recipe is perfect for a cooked rotisserie chicken from the grocery store. It helps to save time.
To make this Bisquick Chicken Pot Pie you start by combining the chicken, vegetables, cream of chicken soup and seasonings.
Once they’re all mixed together you can pour it into the bottom of a 9″ pie dish. I sprayed the pie dish with cooking spray first.
In another mixing bowl you want to add the Bisquick, milk and egg. Whisk it together until it is smooth and there are no lumps.
Pour the Bisquick mixture over the chicken and vegetables, then bake it for 35 minutes.
That’s all there is to it! It’s a really easy recipe.
