Garlic and butter are a dynamic duo that adds an irresistible flavor to pork chop bites.
The robust, yet slightly sweet taste of garlic enhances the natural savory flavors of the pork, creating a mouthwatering combination.
Meanwhile, the richness and creaminess of butter give the pork chop bites a luxurious texture and a depth of flavor that is simply unmatched. Together, garlic and butter elevate the dish, making it a decadent treat for your taste buds.

But don’t worry, this recipe can still be lightened up by using just the right amount of butter to achieve that perfect balance. With every bite, you’ll experience the power of garlic and butter working their magic, creating a dish that is both comforting and indulgent.
How I kept it light:
The main thing I did to lighten it up was using light butter, and limiting how much I use.
Instead of frying the pork chop bites in oil, I decided to use the air fryer.
The Air Fryer is a game-changer when it comes to cooking these delicious bites. Not only does it cook them quickly and evenly, but it also gives them a crispy exterior while keeping the inside juicy and tender.
The beauty of using the Air Fryer is that it requires little to no oil, making this dish a healthier alternative to traditional frying methods.
You can enjoy the indulgent flavors of garlic and butter while still feeling good about your choice. So go ahead and get your Air Fryer ready for a lightened up yet incredibly flavorful meal.
If you don’t have an air fryer you can cook them in a nonstick pan and they will still be delicious.

How to make Garlic Butter Pork Chop Bites:
I started by cutting the pork chops into bite-size pieces and adding them to a bowl. I seasoned the bites with garlic powder, onion powder, grill mates Montreal chicken seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Next, I minced the garlic using a garlic press. Using fresh garlic tastes so much better than the stuff in the jar.
Add the pork chop bites to the air fryer without crowding it. Spray with olive oil spray and cook at 400 degrees F for 8-10 minutes.
While the pork chop bites are cooking, melt the butter in a small frying pan. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute, then remove from heat.
Once the pork chop bites are done cooking, add them to a bowl. Pour the garlic butter mixture over the bites and toss together.
Serving Suggestions:
A classic pairing is a fresh garden salad or steamed vegetables for a light and refreshing meal.
If you’re looking for something heartier, try serving the pork chop bites with mashed potatoes or roasted sweet potatoes.
The creamy and buttery flavors of the garlic and butter will complement the earthy and savory notes of the potatoes perfectly.
You can also get creative with your variations by adding different herbs or spices to the garlic butter mixture. Experiment with rosemary, thyme, or even a touch of cayenne pepper to customize the flavor to your liking.
