Pork Tenderloin made in the Instant Pot is so easy to make and full of flavor!
If you don’t have an Instant Pot you can make it in the slow cooker.
Both ways take about 5 minutes of prep, that’s it.

Pork tenderloin is my favorite cut of pork. It doesn’t matter how I prepare it, it’s always delicious!
I’ll include more pork tenderloin recipes at the bottom of the post.
How to make Instant Pot Pork Tenderloin:
Prepare the pork tenderloin by cutting the silver skin off and any other fat.
I cut the pork tenderloin in half to cook it in the Instant Pot.
Add the garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, parsley, seasoning salt and black pepper to a small bowl. Mix together and set aside.

Pour 1 cup of chicken broth into the bottom of the pot and add the trivet.

The chicken broth is going to help make a delicious gravy.
Add the pork tenderloin to the trivet and pour on the seasoning mix. It’s ok if some of the seasoning goes into the chicken broth, that’ll give the gravy even more flavor.

Secure the lid in the locked position and make sure the lever is set to seal. Press the manual button and set the time to 12 minutes.
Once the time is up let the pressure do a natural release for 10 minutes.
Place pork tenderloin on a cutting board and let it sit for 5 minutes.
In a small bowl mix together 1 tablespoon of cornstarch with 1/4 cup of water.
Turn the Instant Pot to sauté. Once the cooking liquid starts to simmer stir in the cornstarch mixture. Let that cook for 3 minutes, until it reduces slightly and thickens.
Cut the pork tenderloin into slices, add to a serving platter and pour the gravy over the pork.
You can serve this pork tenderloin with just about any side dish. Salad, potatoes or vegetables are great ideas.
The pork itself is pretty low in points so you can add a side dish that’s a little higher in points.
