These Ranch Pork Chops are an easy and inexpensive recipe. They can be made in the air fryer or oven.
It only takes 3 ingredients to make these pork chops – ranch seasoning, extra virgin olive oil and pork chops.
I used bone in pork chops but you can use boneless if you prefer. You’ll just have to adjust the cooking time.

The internal temperature of the pork should be 145 degrees. I use a digital meat thermometer to make sure it’s cooked through.
To make these pork chops I started by combining 1 tablespoon of ranch seasoning mix (I use Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning) with 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil.

Stir the two together then use a basting brush to spread it over the pork chops. I put it on both sides of the pork chops.

I like cooking my pork chops in the air fryer but you can also bake them in the oven or cook them on the grill.
For the air fryer I cooked them at 370 degrees for 10 minutes, flipping half way through. Make sure they are in a single layer and not overlapping.

Baking them in the oven will take about 20 minutes at 375 degrees F.
Since pork chops vary so much in thickness and if you use bone in or bone out you’ll want to make sure they are cooked all the way through.
I served my Ranch Pork Chops with a salad and some low point mashed potatoes. It was a delicious and filling meal!
