I used the Pillsbury thin crust pizza dough to make it a quick and easy recipe.

One thing to note about the Pillsbury thin crust pizza dough is that the WW tracker says it’s 5 points for one serving which is 1/5 of the pizza. When you create a recipe you need to change the serving to 5 which will make it 24 points for the whole pizza dough.
Believe me I wish it was only 5 points for the entire dough, but it’s not. 🙂
Here’s what you need to make Cinnamon Breadsticks:
- Pillsbury thin crust pizza dough
- Granulated Splenda (you can use sugar just make sure to recalculate the points)
- Cinnamon
- Powdered sugar
- Skim milk
To keep this recipe low in points I did not use butter. A lot of cinnamon breadstick recipes have you brush butter on the dough before adding the cinnamon mixture.
I think they still taste great without the butter plus it saves a lot of points.
These Cinnamon Breadsticks will take you about 5 minutes to prepare. I started by mixing together the Splenda and cinnamon.
Next I put a piece of parchment paper on a baking sheet and unrolled the pizza dough.

Then I used a pizza cutter to cut the dough into 24 pieces.

The last step was to sprinkle the cinnamon mixture over the breadsticks.

The breadsticks do not take as long to cook as the directions for a regular pizza. I baked mine for 10 minutes.
I removed them from the oven and let them cool.
Once they were cooled I added a simple icing made up of powdered sugar and milk.
If you leave out the icing the Cinnamon Breadsticks are only 1 point each.
I also served the Cinnamon Breadsticks with a sugar free caramel sauce, but that is optional and not included in the points.
Not only are these WW friendly but they’re also liked by kids and people not following WW.
