These Apple Chips are a delicious low point snack!
They are perfect for a crispy and sweet treat. It does take a little while to bake them to crispiness, but it is so worth it!
Plus it makes my house smell like apples, which I love.
The first thing you’ll want to do is core the apple. Then, I used a mandoline to get the apple slices thin. The thinner the apple slices are the less time they will take to bake.

In a small bowl I mixed together one tablespoon of sugar with 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon.
I put the apple slices on a baking sheet and sprayed them with no-stick cooking spray.
Then I sprinkled the cinnamon and sugar over the apple slices.
It took an hour and a half for my apple chips to get crispy. During the last half hour I checked on them every 10 minutes to see if they were crispy enough.
My kids love these apple chips!
It’s 3 points for all of the apple chips, one apple makes quite a few chips.
They are definitely worth waiting for!
