Ranch Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops (I used bone in, 1/2 inch thickness)
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  • In a small bowl mix together the ranch seasoning and olive oil.
  • Brush the ranch over both sides of the pork chops.

For the air fryer:

  • Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil spray.
  • Add the pork chops to the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook at 370 for 10 minutes (or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees) flipping half way through.

For the oven:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Add pork chops to a baking sheet and cook for 20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees.
