Baked tortilla chips are delicious! Plus they’re so much healthier than fried.
You can bake them in the oven or use an air fryer.
Either way, they come out crispy and tasty!

I like to add seasonings to the chips to make them even tastier.
Garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, and salt were what I used.
It gives the tortilla chips an extra boost of flavor.
How I kept it light:
Obviously, not frying the chips saved the most points.
The only points in this recipe come from the tortillas. I used Mission Carb Balance soft white tortillas, they’re two points each.
You can use your favorite low point tortilla, just be sure to adjust the points.

How to make Baked Tortilla Chips:
In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, and salt.
Lay the tortillas on a cutting board. I used a pizza cutter to cut it into “chip” size pieces. You can also use a knife.
Place the chips on a baking sheet in a single layer. Spray with olive oil cooking spray and sprinkle on the seasonings.
Bake them in the oven for 10 minutes at 350 or in the air fryer for 5 minutes at 350.
I like to serve them with zero point salsa. It’s perfect for a low point snack!
