This delicious pizza is made with the popular two ingredient dough. Not only is it low in points, but it’s also a no yeast dough. That means no waiting around for the dough to rise.
If you’ve never worked with two ingredient dough before, I’ve got some tips to help you out.

To make the dough you need 1 cup of self-rising flour and 1 cup of fat-free Greek yogurt.
If you don’t have self-rising flour you can make your own. Simply add 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder, and 1/4 teaspoon salt to a bowl and whisk together.
Making the dough is as easy as adding the flour and yogurt to a medium size bowl and mixing together.
If the dough is too wet it will stick to your fingers. If that’s the case you will want to add more flour. Do a little bit of flour at a time.
The dough can also be too dry. If it’s too dry you will notice quite a bit of flour that’s not sticking to the ball of dough. You can add more yogurt to the dough if that’s the case. Only do 1 teaspoon of yogurt at a time so you don’t add too much.
Make sure you flour your work surface when rolling out the dough. If you don’t, the dough will definitely stick.
You can also spray a little nonstick cooking spray to your hands if the dough is sticking to them.
How I kept this recipe light:
The two ingredient dough is only 12 points – that’s for the whole pizza!
Margherita pizza is made with fresh mozzarella cheese. I only used two ounces, which was 6 points.
Since I didn’t use a lot of cheese, I broke it up into smaller pieces. It made it seem like there was more cheese on the pizza than there actually was.
To make the sauce I wanted to sauté the garlic in olive oil. I added 1 teaspoon of olive oil to a nonstick saucepan, then added the garlic.
One teaspoon of olive oil is only 1 point.

How to make a Margherita Pizza:
First, I wanted to get my sauce ready. I added olive oil to a nonstick saucepan and sautéed the minced garlic.
Pour in the crushed tomatoes, oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook over medium-low heat while you get the dough ready.
Add the self-rising flour and yogurt to a medium mixing bowl.
Mix together the two ingredients and shape the dough into a ball.
Sprinkle flour on your work surface and add the dough. Knead the dough for 1 minute, or until it does not leave dough on your hands.
Use a rolling pin to roll out the dough into a 12″ circle.
Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Top the dough with the tomato sauce. You will only use about 1/3 cup of sauce.
Save the rest of the sauce either in the fridge or freezer. Trust me, you’ll want to make this pizza again!
Break up the fresh mozzarella into small pieces, then spread it over the pizza.
Bake the pizza at 450 for 10-12 minutes.
When the pizza is out of the oven, top it with fresh basil.
