Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
Add the olive oil to a small nonstick saucepan over medium heat. Sauté the garlic for 30 seconds, then add the crushed tomatoes, oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook over medium-low heat while you get the dough ready.
Add the self-rising flour and yogurt to a medium mixing bowl. Mix together with a rubber spatula and shape into a ball.
Sprinkle your work surface with flour and add the dough. Knead the dough for 1 minute or until it does not leave dough on your hands.
Use a rolling pin to roll out the dough into a 12" circle.
Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Top the dough with 1/3 cup of the tomato sauce. Add the fresh mozzarella then bake 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden.
Top with fresh basil.
