These pretzels are perfect for a low point holiday treat!
They’re sweet, salty, and low in points.

The holidays can be pretty tempting with all of the cookies around. With these Chocolate Dipped Mini Pretzel Sticks you don’t have to feel like you’re missing out.
You only need three things to make them:
- Pretzel sticks
- Hershey’s special dark zero sugar chocolate
- Sprinkles
To make these pretzels holiday ready I used red, green, and white sprinkles.
How I lightened up Chocolate Dipped Mini Pretzel Sticks:
Instead of using large pretzel rods I went with the small pretzel sticks.
One pretzel rod is 3 points vs. 35 pretzel sticks for only 2 points
The Hershey’s special dark zero sugar chocolate bars were 7 points for 5 pieces. It was the perfect amount to dip 35 pretzel sticks into.
The sprinkles aren’t too high in points. I only used 1 1/2 tablespoons which was 1 point.
I can have 7 of the Chocolate Dipped Mini Pretzel Sticks for only 2 points which is still fewer points than one pretzel rod without chocolate or sprinkles.

How to make Chocolate Dipped Mini Pretzel Sticks:
Gather all of the ingredients. Once the chocolate is melted you will want to move quickly dipping the pretzels and adding the sprinkles.
I lined a baking sheet with parchment paper so the chocolate wouldn’t stick.
Unwrap 5 of the chocolates and put them in a small microwave-safe bowl.
Melt the chocolates in the microwave at 50% power. I did 30 seconds at a time stirring when the time was up.
It took about 1 1/2 minutes for my chocolates to completely melt.
Dip the pretzels into the chocolates then place them on the parchment paper.

Add the sprinkles to the chocolate before it hardens.

The chocolate will harden after an hour.
Store the pretzels in a cool place so the chocolate doesn’t melt. Keep them in an airtight container until you are ready to eat them.
They’re so easy to make the kids can even help!
