This Ham and Cheese Folded Wrap is perfect for a low point lunch!

This tortilla wrap hack has been around for quite a while now, I first saw it on TikTok a while back. I love that there are so many ways you can customize it!

The ham and cheese have become one of my favorites. You can also make breakfast wraps, buffalo chicken or a crunchwrap – just to name a few.

What you need to make Ham and Cheese Folded Wraps:

  • Ole Xtreme High Fiber Tortillas
  • Ham
  • Swiss cheese
  • Arugula
  • Dijon or honey mustard

As far as the ham I used Boar’s Head smoked ham. 2 oz. is only 1 point.

For the swiss cheese I used Sargento ultra thin swiss cheese slices.

The Ole Xtreme tortillas I always have on hand. One tortilla is only 1 point.

How to make a Ham and Cheese Folded Wrap:

Start by warming up a nonstick frying pan over medium heat.

Lay out the tortilla and make a cut in the center half way up.

Each 1/4 of the tortilla will be filled with a different ingredient, then folded up.

I did Dijon, arugula, cheese then ham.

I did the ham and cheese last because those would be the two ingredients directly on the pan.

Once you’ve added all of the ingredients start folding up the tortilla.

Next, I spritzed my pan with some olive oil spray and added the wrap. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.

It’s so easy and so good! If you’re in a hurry it’s perfect for lunch on the go.
