I have been obsessed with this snack lately!
When I was growing up I loved celery stuffed with peanut butter, it was my favorite after-school snack.
The Everything Bagel Stuffed Celery is even better.

You only need 3 ingredients to make these celery sticks:
- Celery
- Reduced fat cream cheese
- Everything bagel seasoning
I can remember when everything bagel seasoning was only at Trader Joe’s. Luckily I can always find it at the grocery store now.
If you can’t find it you can always make your own. It’s usually made up of:
- Poppy seeds
- Toasted sesame seeds
- Dried onion
- Dried garlic
- Salt
You can Google the recipe and there will be plenty to choose from.
Celery is something I almost always have on hand. It’s perfect for a 0 point crunchy snack.
How to make Everything Bagel Stuffed Celery:
Start by cleaning the celery and patting it dry. I used four celery stalks that I cut in half.
I used a tablespoon to measure out 3 tablespoons of reduced fat cream cheese, then filled each piece of celery.
Next I sprinkled each piece of celery with everything bagel seasoning. That’s it!
I calculated the recipe as two servings. You can easily adjust the serving size and the ingredients.

- 4 stalks of celery
- 3 tablespoons reduced fat cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning

Clean the celery and pat dry. Cut the ends off and cut each piece in half.

Fill the celery with the cream cheese then sprinkle with the everything bagel seasoning.
