If you like Chicken Parmesan as much as I do, you’re going to want to try this pizza!
It has the same delicious flavors but it’s on pizza dough. I used a thin crust pizza dough to keep it low in points.
I baked chicken breasts that I seasoned but if you’re running low on time you could use rotisserie chicken.

I’m all about saving time when I can, but for this recipe I wanted to make sure the chicken had a lot of flavor. Before I baked the chicken breasts I seasoned them with garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.
Baking chicken in the oven is so easy. It only takes about 20 minutes at 400 degrees, depending on the size of your chicken breasts.
You could even do it ahead of time since it will be going back in the oven to bake the pizza dough.
This is the pizza dough that I bought:

Since it’s thin crust it’s only 17 points for the whole pizza dough. I cut my pizza into 8 slices so that’s only 2 points per slice for the dough. Plus it’s much easier than making two ingredient dough.
To get the pizza ready I unwrapped the pizza dough and placed it on a baking sheet.
Next I topped it with a half cup pizza sauce. I just used Ragu pizza sauce but you could also use marinara sauce. Leave about 1 inch around the edge free of pizza sauce so you can enjoy the pizza crust.
I cut my chicken breast into small pieces and added it to the pizza dough. At this point you can add your favorite pizza toppings.
My pizza was kept pretty simple, I just added some diced onions. Tomatoes would also be great on this pizza.
Then it’s time to add the cheese! It couldn’t be a Chicken Parmesan Pizza without Parmesan cheese, so I added 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese and 1 cup of part-skim mozzarella cheese.
After the cheese it’s off to the oven to bake 14-18 minutes, until the crust is golden brown.
When the pizza was done baking I put it on a wire rack to cool off.
For an extra kick of flavor you can top the pizza with some fresh basil.
Making homemade pizza is so easy and it saves money!
