Ingredients
2boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked (I baked my chicken breasts at 400 for 20 minutes after seasoning them with garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.)
1store bought thin crust pizza dough
1/2cupRagu pizza sauce
2tablespoonsonions, diced
1/4cupParmesan cheese, shredded
1cuppart-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Cut the cooked chicken breasts into bite-size pieces.
Unroll the pizza dough and place it on a baking sheet.
Top the pizza dough with pizza sauce leaving one inch around the edge free of sauce.
Add the chicken breast, onions, Parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese.
Bake pizza 14-18 minutes or until the crust is golden.
