You’re going to love these Strawberries & Cream Crescent Rolls! They’re great for breakfast or dessert.
They’re filled with a cream cheese mixture and fresh strawberries. I used reduced fat crescent roll dough to help keep them low in points.
Not only are they WW friendly but kids love them too!

I also used reduced fat cream cheese to keep these light.
The cream cheese filling is made up of cream cheese, vanilla extract and Splenda. (You can use whatever type of sweetener you prefer.)
Once the cream cheese was room temperature I added the vanilla extract and Splenda and mixed it together.
For the fresh strawberries I used 5 that I chopped into small pieces. That way it was still easy to roll up the crescent dough.
I lined my baking sheet with parchment paper, that made clean up super easy. I unrolled the crescent dough and separated the eight pieces.
Using a knife I spread the cream cheese mixture over each piece of crescent roll dough. Then I added the chopped strawberries to the top part of the crescent roll dough. I didn’t put strawberries over the entire crescent roll, just the top 1/2 inch.
It took about 10 minutes in the oven. Once they were golden brown I knew they were ready.
