If you’re craving pizza you need to try this.

I filled my quesadilla with pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, turkey pepperoni, green peppers and onions.

To keep the quesadilla low in points I used the Ole Xtreme high fiber tortilla because they’re only 1 point each.
Pizza sauce is low in points – I used 1 tablespoon and it was 0 points.
You can use 6 turkey pepperoni for only 1 point.
I love the turkey pepperoni. The first time I tried it I was really nervous. I thought it would be gross, but it wasn’t. It tastes just like regular pepperoni.
Even my kids like the turkey pepperoni!
The best part about these pizza quesadillas is you can load them up with 0 point vegetables. It makes for a filling and delicious meal – perfect for lunch or dinner.
