This Cheese Fondue is delicious! It’s perfect for get togethers or you can keep it all to yourself.
It’s only 2 points per serving for blue, green and purple. There are so many delicious 0 point snacks you can use to dip into it to keep it a low point snack.
Some 0 point foods I like to serve the cheese fondue with is broccoli, carrots, cauliflower and apples. Pretzels are a good low point snack to serve with it.

It’s ok if you don’t have a fondue pot. I used this butter warmer to keep my fondue warm.
It holds about half of the cheese fondue but it’s perfect because it comes with two. If you’re serving this as an appetizer you could set up two!
I like making my cheese fondue with white wine. To lower the points I did half white wine and half chicken broth.
Using reduced-fat cheese also helps to keep it low in points. I wouldn’t recommend using fat free cheese because I don’t think it would melt good.
To make the fondue I added the wine, chicken broth and lemon juice to a small saucepan. While that was heating up I measured out 1 cup of reduced-fat Mexican cheese (shredded) and added it to a small mixing bowl.
I added one teaspoon of all purpose flour to the cheese and mixed it together.
Once the wine mixture started to simmer I stirred in the cheese and added a pinch of garlic powder.
Then it was time to serve! This cheese fondue is so easy to make and it’s delicious.
